CLASS FORMATS

BAGS
Bags is a 50 minute interval boxing class. The class includes boxing combinations in addition to floor exercises, making it a total body workout. The primary focus of this class is to impart essential boxing skills while improving overall conditioning. For all fitness levels. Gloves required. (Rental gloves available)

STRENGTH
50 minute full body strength class. During this class you’ll engage in a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX and resistance bands. The workouts are carefully designed to challenge and progressively enhance your strength over time. Guided by an expert coach to help with form or modifications. For all fitness levels.

ROAD
Road is a cardio based interval training class, focusing on building endurance. Road includes, treadmills, rowers, bikes and strength equipment. For all fitness levels.

MITTS
Mitts is a small-group drill based class focused on technique. Our goal is to teach you proper boxing technique, emphasizing shadowboxing, jump rope, foot work and mitt work.

OPEN GYM
Open gym offers a variety of all the essential equipment to get in a work out. Including squat racks, hyper, benches, dumbbells, trap bars, TRX, kettlebells, landmines, ropes, tires, sled and a variety of boxing equipment and accessories.

30:30
30:30 is a 60 minute class, 30 minutes focused on strength and 30 minutes of bags. For all fitness levels. Gloves required. (Rental gloves available)

Personal Training
Sometimes the most effective approach to elevate your fitness journey is through personalized 1:1 coaching. We offer flexible options, including single sessions or packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions available in 30-minute or 60 minute durations. Our expert coaches design a customized program based off your personal goals, including the option of nutritional guidance and In-Body assessments to track your progress.
First Time
Welcome to LFG Fitness. We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Come to the front desk, and we will happily give you a tour and a run down of the gym and class! As well as making sure you are all set with the app, which allows for easy sign up, check in and access to the class schedule.
Group Classes
We are your one stop shop, offering a variety of classes for all fitness levels. What’s your LFG (life fitness goal)? We will help you get there!
Concerned about fitness level, have an injury or never have boxed before?
Our gym is for all fitness levels. Offering a variety of classes, in which you can find what fits best for you. Whether you are embarking on your fitness journey for the first or you have never boxed, no problem! Our expert coaches are here to help you learn, adjust and modify for whichever level you are at!

Create and log in to your account, select which class you want to take. Download the LFG app (add apple link and android), for easy navigation!

We have a variety of changing stalls, bathrooms and showers. We also include complimentary towel service and toiletries for all your needs!
KIDS PROGRAM
At LFG Fitness, our Junior Boxing Program has grown into a cornerstone of our community, helping young athletes develop both physically and mentally. Designed for ages 8 to 17, this program offers a structured, supportive environment where kids and teens can thrive.
Program Highlights:
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Pricing: $125/month
Flexible Membership: Cancel anytime with a 30-day notice
Weekly Breakdown:
Monday & Wednesday: Strength and conditioning
Tuesday & Thursday: Boxing technique and skill development
